Dear future self, The day has just begun. It is currently 1:04 pm and my goals are engraved into my brain. I will lose 9 pounds by prom. I have 22 days left and I ain't stopping. To lose the weight, here's what I am going to do. 1. Eat less than usual 2. Workout for at least 30 minutes 3. Get more sleep 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Intermittent fasting I had a rough start. I wanted to give up so bad, but I never gave up when eating junk food. I am going to persist through this and keep going. 21 days from today ( March 31st 2018), I hope to look slimmer in my prom dress. I hope to lose 9 pounds and gain some self confidence. I also hope to have a better mindset. Sincerely,
